Positions in administration

Nature of work:

Calculation of employee salaries and accounting for income-related payments and taxes;

Preparation of enforcement orders and salary certificates;

Preparation of necessary business travel documentation;

Banking operations accounting and preparation of payment orders;

Preparation and submission of statistical reports and tax returns to responsible state institutions within specified deadlines according to established order;

Preparation and presentation of financial statements to company managers;

Accumulation, analysis and presentation of accounting information;

Participation in financial accounting processes improvement and development;

Cooperation with foreign accountants in salary matters;

Other tasks appointed by senior accountant.

 

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Have higher Economics, Accounting & Finance or equivalent education;

Have at least 2 years of work experience in financial management, accounting or financial control;

Have vast knowledge of the Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate accounting, taxes and activities of businesses;

Speak English – intermediate level;

Be in command of accounting programs (Rivilė and BSS would be an advantage);

Have great communication skills and be attentive to detail, thorough, responsible and self-efficient;

Be able to analyze and summarize economic, statistical and other information.

Nature of work:

Analyze legal requirements for company activities in Lithuania and foreign jurisdictions, create and implement compliance plans both locally and globally, represent company’s interests in Lithuanian and foreign markets

Prepare and review corporate documents, company internal legal acts, contracts, etc.;

Prepare and review claims, coordinate and assist with claims management;

Prepare, review and lead correspondence with various stakeholders, clients, local and foreign institutions, organizations, etc.

Advise colleagues and management on various legal matters.

 

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Have higher education in law (studies or internship abroad would be an advantage);

Have experience of similar legal work or internship experience in a multinational company (candidates with no work experience but otherwise appealing background will also be considered);

Work independently with orientation to the results and great attention to details;

Be cooperating, proactive and positive personality, driven by change implementation and challenges;

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian (other languages would be an advantage).

Nature of work:

Evaluation of the project specification, preparation of an estimate based on the initial project information provided. Experience in the shipping sector is an advantage

Planning and coordination of work volumes and material quantities

Providing proposals for optimizing estimates and ensuring efficient project management

Short-term business trips (Western Europe) to the sites of planned projects (inspections) and ongoing projects (resolution of work-related issues)

 

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Work experience as an Estimator/Project Engineer/Project Coordinator (or similar) in the field of construction/repair/interior/HVAC

Higher/advanced vocational education and training in technical engineering

Ability to read drawings, technical documentation and analyse projects

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word); advantage: skills in using AutoCad and Cadmatic

Proficiency in English, Russian is an advantage (written and spoken)
