Darbuotojų kaitos priežasčių analizė bei su tuo susijusių sprendimų paieška, priemonių inicijavimas bei įgyvendinimas;

Tikimės, kad Jūs:

Turite bent 2 m. sėkmingos patirties personalo vadovo, personalo verslo partnerio ar kt. panašiose pareigose gamybos, transporto, sandėliavimo ar statybų įmonėje;
Suprantate svarbiausių personalo valdymo procesų svarbą organizacijoje;
Turite geras anglų ir rusų kalbos žinias raštu ir žodžiu;
Darbo patirtį kuriant žemesnės kvalifikacijos darbuotojų pritraukimo ir išlaikymo strategijas;

Nature of work:

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

2 years of experience working with construction, interior goods or ship installation materials;
Good negotiation skills, analytical thinking;
Be communicative, proactive;
Experience with accounting systems (advantage Rivilė);
Excellent knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel;
Speak English (advanced level);
To be able to read drawings (advantage).

Responsibilities:

Take full ownership and responsibility for project management team (Interior projects) and the projects they operate in, setup project milestones, deliverables, risk evaluation, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the project scope budget and full customer satisfaction
Collaborate with different business stakeholders, top management, team members and external vendors to achieve project objectives
Develop detailed workflow and execute project plans in a timely manner while monitoring and tracking the progress
Building up, leading and developing the project management team (Interior projects)
Train, Direct, and Motivate your team to meet and exceed Safety, Quality, and Efficiency goals
Perform cost-benefit analysis by project specifications
Identify areas for process improvements, support best practice initiatives and participate in implementation processes
Developing and continuously optimizing of efficient, transparent and flexible project management processes and structures in a highly dynamically growing company
Regular project status matching and analysing plus reporting discrepancies to the management

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Previous project management experience on a large-scale projects for at least 3 years (preferably in the field of international shipbuilding or ship repair)
Excellent project management and planning skills, applying continues improvement (Lean) principles and tools to establish efficient and appropriate actions, prioritising activities, considering objectives, time scales, resources.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MC Project and business analytics tools
Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English and Lithuanian
Strong commercial sense and business acumen
High level of personal initiative and responsibility and structured and target-oriented working practices
Solution oriented approach
Finally, as there will business travel involved in this role, you’ll need a driving licence

Responsibility for successful planning and coordination of HVAC or Interior projects;
Planning and managing budget, controlling the deadlines for completion of works;

Responsibility for efficient work of project workers in order to ensure cost-effective and efficient indicators;
Cooperation with customers, subcontractors and other project-related organizations.
Regular business trips abroad.

Higher technical education (preferable specialization in ship building or ship repair);
At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience;
Basic knowledge of economics, budget management and work process organization;
Have a good command of economic efficiency evaluation methods;
Knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection rules (advantage);
Speak a foreign language (English, Russian);
Have great communication skills;
Have driving licence (category B).

Have great communication skills;
Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken);
Have driving licence (category B);
Knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection rules (advantage);
