Nature of work:

Analyze legal requirements for company activities in Lithuania and foreign jurisdictions, create and implement compliance plans both locally and globally, represent company’s interests in Lithuanian and foreign markets

Prepare and review contracts, corporate documents, company internal legal acts

Lead, coordinate and assist with claims management

Prepare, review and lead correspondence with various stakeholders

Advise colleagues and top management on various legal matters

 

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Have higher education in law (studies or internship abroad would be an advantage);

Have experience of similar legal work in a multinational company

Stand out with an ability to find creative and business driven solutions;

Be cooperating, proactive and positive personality, driven by change implementation and challenges;

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian (other languages would be an advantage).

Nature of work:

To provide, manage and apply technical expertise in background systems onboard new build passenger vessels;
To provide expertise in the design, selection and testing of HVAC, Electrical, Pipeline systems and Insulation;
Prepare detailed drawings of architectural design and master plans for passenger vessels, including schematic design, design presentation, design construction development, construction documentation/specification & construction administration by utilizing AutoCAD;
To monitor the construction or conversion of the vessels to ensure that the work in the shipyards follows the approved drawings and specifications and complies with acceptable marine standards;
To ensure that all relevant documentation, software, operational manuals and plans required by the vessel on delivery are available.

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience (Master‘s degree ideal);
3 to 5 years of experience in project design (shipbuilding);
Experience with AutoCAD;
Ability to communicate effectively with different people, levels and organisations (e.g. clients, subcontractors);
Ability to prioritise work and adapt pace of work to business demands, respect given deadlines;
Good level of IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel (including use of formulas and tables), PowerPoint;
Advanced level of English language;
Working knowledge of additional European languages (desirable).

Responsibility for successful planning and coordination of HVAC or Interior projects;
Planning and managing budget, controlling the deadlines for completion of works;
Organizing, coordinating and evaluating work of the project team and subcontractors;
Planning time and resources needed to run a project;
Ensuring work completion and manufacturing output in accordance to the scope of work and deadlines stipulated in production plans and schedule;
Responsibility for efficient work of project workers in order to ensure cost-effective and efficient indicators;
Cooperation with customers, subcontractors and other project-related organizations.
Regular business trips abroad.

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Higher technical education (preferable specialization in ship building or ship repair);
At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience;
Basic knowledge of economics, budget management and work process organization;
Have a good command of economic efficiency evaluation methods;
Knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection rules (advantage);
Speak a foreign language (English, Russian);
Have great communication skills;
Have driving licence (category B).

Evaluating the competence of workers when needed.

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience in engineering-technical position;
Speak a foreign language (English, Russian);
Knowledge how to use Microsoft Office programmes, internet browsers, data files;
Have great communication skills;
Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken);
Have driving licence (category B);
Knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection rules (advantage);
