You will be in charge of:

Analysis of ship interior drawings/documentation

Preparation of the technological part of the ship project according to the project needs (wall, doors and ceiling layout, arrangement of furniture and equipment)

Coordination of solutions with the Customer’s representative/designers

Solving production problems, helping project managers/foreman, consulting on technological issues

 

We expect You:

Have higher education in engineering

Have experience in construction/ship repair/construction or other production activities

Are experienced in 3D modeling (Auto Deck Inventor, SolidWorks or similar software)

Are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Are familiar with production processes and can assimilate new technological solutions

Are attentive to details and a responsible person

    You will be in charge of:

    Planning, coordinating and evaluating the work of the company’s employees and subcontractors

    Ensuring that the necessary conditions are in place to carry out the work

    Ensuring that the work is carried out on time and to a high standard

    Completing spreadsheets and progress reports

    Correcting defects and improving the quality of work performance

    Resolving problems as they arise

    Maintaining close liaison with customers and subcontractors

     

    We expect that You:

    Have at least 2 years of experience in at least one of these fields: interior outfitting (shipfitting is an advantage), HVAC or piping system installation

    Communicate fluently in English

    Are able to work with MS Office computer programs

    Have skills and understanding of engineering-technical fields, obtain technical education (advantage)

    Have a category B driving licence

    Are diligent, have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills
    Have knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, environmental regulations (advantage)

      You will be in charge of:

      Oversee and evaluate subcontractor performance, fostering strong relationships

      Identify and establish relationships with new subcontractors, suppliers, and partners locally and internationally

      Conduct price analysis, negotiate terms, draft subcontracts, and ensure their effective implementation

      Collaborate with project managers to align subcontracted work with project timelines and specifications

      Monitor the labor market and suggest process improvements

       

      We expect You:

      Bachelor’s degree in business management/ administration, or a related field

      Similar experience in subcontract management with be considered as advantage

      Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)

      Knowledge of contract law and procurement practices

      Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

      Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

      Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

          You will be in charge of:

          Analysis of architects’ (original) drawings/documentation

          Provision of technological solutions

          Design of non-standard furniture

          Development of individual and specific furniture solutions according to the requirements of the ship sector

          Accurate measurements and technical drawings

           

          We expect You:

          Have experience in design/construction of non-standard furniture (hotels, restaurants or other public spaces)

          Have a technical or engineering background

          Have experience of working with AutoDesk Inventor/ Solidworks or similar programs

          Are able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing

          Have the ability to go on short business trips (1-2 days every 2-3 months).

              To have leadership skills and be a team-player with an ability to work independently focusing on the results and great attention to details

              Are initiative, responsible, accurate, diligent personality with logical thinking skills

              Able to share your experience with the team
