GLOBAL INITIATIVES
With sustainability goals in mind, we have implemented an integrated quality, environment, occupational safety, and health management system that meets ISO standards. This dedication to excellence has earned us the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management certificate, recognizing our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Sustainable Maritime Interiors Declaration
We understand that sustainability is no longer a peripheral concern but a central aspect of maritime business. That’s why we are proud to support the Sustainable Maritime Interiors initiative, a collaborative effort involving stakeholders from the maritime interiors sector and the United Nations. This initiative aims to improve the life cycle of passenger ship interiors, and we believe it is crucial to be part of the solution.
Zero Waste Refit Project
As part of our sustainability journey, we have established a strategic partnership with Kaunas University of Technology, working together with university scientists to innovate the refit process. Together, we are setting a sustainable threshold by incorporating lightweight, highly durable, and upcycled materials, along with technological innovations. Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us; it is a driving force behind our decisions and actions.

As part of our 15-year anniversary, we launched the 100 Hours of Kindness initiative, encouraging our team to dedicate time to those in need. In one year, we volunteered at organizations such as Lithuanian Food Bank, Restos du Coeur, Lithuanian Red Cross, and Kuršių Nerija National Park. Through these efforts, we’re fostering a culture of giving and strengthening our connection to the communities around us.
Sustainability is part of our DNA, and in 2024, we introduced two urban beehiveson our Klaipėda warehouse rooftop. Partnering with Urbanbee.lt, we’ve created a safe space for Buckfast bees, known for their gentle nature and resilience in colder climates. These hives, made from natural solid wood, support pollination and biodiversity in the city, with a professional beekeeper ensuring their well-being.
Reducing our environmental footprint is a key priority. That’s why we’ve installed a 70 kW solar power planton our Klaipėda headquarters’ rooftop, allowing us to harness clean, renewable energy. This step aligns with our broader sustainability goals and reinforces our commitment to responsible business practices.
