OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE PARTNERSHIPS

Our team delivers seamless support across every stage-from concept to production-ready designs. Everything is handled in-house, making the process efficient, transparent, and tailored to your needs.

Thanks to our in-house manufacturing facility, we can produce real-life samples of proposed details or finishes quickly-accelerating the design development stage and reducing delays.

Our approach to marine environmental management is built on internationally recognized standards. We’ve implemented a quality, environment, occupational safety, and health management system that meets ISO standards.

ISO 14001:2015 Certification

Aros Marine holds the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Certificate, confirming our dedication to reducing environmental impact and improving sustainable performance across all operations.

GLOBAL EFFORTS IN SUSTAINABLE MARITIME PRACTICES

Sustainable Maritime Interiors Initiative

We proudly support the Sustainable Maritime Interiors declaration-an initiative aligned with the United Nations and maritime sector stakeholders. Its goal is to improve the full life cycle of passenger ship interiors. We believe participating in these forward-thinking initiatives is essential to drive lasting change.

Zero Waste Refit Project

In collaboration with Kaunas University of Technology, we launched the Zero Waste Refit Project. By using upcycled, lightweight, and durable materials, we are rethinking traditional refit processes. This is another step forward in championing sustainability in the maritime industry.

LOCAL SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES

We also act locally to lead by example. Our efforts promote a greener workplace and a
healthier community.

recycle Recycling & Waste Reduction

We've centralized office waste sorting by removing personal trash cans and placing dedicated recycling stations in shared spaces. This small change ensures higher recycling accuracy and reduces landfill waste.

Filtered Tap Water

To cut down on plastic, we provide filtered tap water throughout our offices-eliminating the need for single-use bottles and promoting sustainable hydration.

Corporate Social Responsibility Projects

From team fitness initiatives to the 100 Hours of Kindness campaign, our people are at the heart of our sustainable culture. Volunteering at the Lithuanian Red Cross, Food Bank, and more, we strive to give back and uplift our community.

Urban Beehives & Biodiversity

In 2024, we installed two rooftop urban beehives on our Klaipėda warehouse in partnership with Urbanbee.lt. These natural wood hives support pollination, local biodiversity, and serve as an educational example of urban sustainability.

Solar Power Investment

We've installed a 70 kW solar power plant at our Klaipėda headquarters. This move lets us generate clean, renewable energy while reinforcing our commitment to sustainable maritime operations.

Committed to a Greener Marine Future

We know there’s still much to be done. But at Aros Marine, we are fully committed to driving sustainability in the maritime industry forward. Through innovation, collaboration, and responsible practices, we aim to reduce our environmental impact while inspiring change across the marine sector.
