You will be in charge of:

Actively identifying and approaching potential subcontracting partners in Lithuania and international markets, establishing new contacts, and presenting AROS as an attractive long-term business partner.

Building, expanding, and maintaining long-term relationships with technical subcontracting companies.

Representing AROS at international exhibitions, business events, career fairs, and other industry events, actively networking and identifying potential partners.

Collaborating with Division and Project Managers to anticipate future project needs and plan the required subcontracting capacity.

Analysing upcoming project plans and identifying the competencies, qualifications, and specialists required for successful project delivery.

Negotiating partnership terms, rates, required competencies, and other commercial conditions.

We expect You:

Have experience in business development, technical sales, strategic partnerships, subcontracting, or a similar field.

Be proactive, driven, and confident in initiating new business relationships – from the first call or meeting through to building a long-term partnership.

Be interested in and willing to develop your knowledge of the ship repair, outfitting, and shipbuilding industry.

Be able to independently identify new business and partnership opportunities.

Have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Be willing to travel for business trips, exhibitions, meetings with potential partners, and visits to AROS projects abroad.

Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania

Salary:

€2,200 – €2,500 net per month.

The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
