You will be in charge of:
Preparation of the technological part of the ship project according to the project needs (internal layout, arrangement of technological equipment, communication)
Leading the team of draftsmen, mentoring and supervision of their work
planning and management of design work and workload within the team
Communication with customers, contractors, designers
Preparation of competition material for design work
Improving the current design practices and standard work
We expect You:
Have higher education in engineering
Have experience of similar project management work and work experience with high value projects
Are experienced in working with 2D and 3D software
Are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Are familiar with production processes and can assimilate new technological solutions
To have leadership skills and be a team-player with an ability to work independently focusing on the results and great attention to details
Are initiative, responsible, accurate, diligent personality with logical thinking skills
Able to share your experience with the team

Salary
From 2500 €/month neto
Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
