HR PROCESS AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of employment contracts and other documents.
Preparation of reports for the State Social Insurance Fund Board.
Ensuring the employment and dismissal processes.
Filling in work time records (tables).
Providing employee information to foreign institutions.
Preparation of documents related to the business trips of employees to foreign countries.
Timely and proper preparation and submission of reports.

We hope that you:

Have similar work experience (mandatory).
Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.
Speak English fluently.
Be knowledgeable in labor law, the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and state regulations governing personnel management.
Have experience working with the BSS personnel, wage, and time management system (advantage).

Salary:

1,300-1,500 EUR/month (net).
