You will be in charge of:
Organizing and conducting recruitment for production employees.
Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (job posting platforms, social media, network of contacts, etc.).
Maintaining ongoing communication with potential candidates from EU and non-EU countries.
Conducting initial candidate screening and selection based on position requirements.
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinating recruitment processes.
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Monitoring labor market trends and proposing improvements to candidate sourcing strategies.
We expect You have:
Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage).
Experience in international recruitment.
The ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
1200-1400 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
