You will be in charge of:

Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with legal requirements.

Preparing and submitting financial reports to management and relevant authorities.

Managing month-end and year-end closing processes.

Coordinating the work of the accounting team and collaborating with external accounting service providers abroad.

Driving improvements in accounting processes, digitalization, and development of working methodologies.

Providing financial insights and partnering with other departments to support business decisions.

We expect You to:

Have accumulated experience in accounting or finance (Chief Accountant experience would be a strong advantage).

Be able to plan and coordinate tasks, communicate with the team, and strive for shared results.

Be interested in process improvement and digitalization, and be willing to contribute to change.

Understand the basic principles of Lithuanian tax laws and accounting standards.

Have good command of English (especially written).

Demonstrate analytical thinking, responsibility, and initiative.

Salary:

3000-3200 € / month net

Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on work location, experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
