WORK SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE

You will be in charge of:

Partially handling French employees’ documents (factory access permits).

Organizing employee accommodations, resolving arising issues, and preparing reports.

Planning transportation repairs and maintenance, organizing transportation rotations.

Ensuring smooth employee rotations.

Ensuring alcohol consumption prevention, implementing control measures, and educating project employees.

Conducting workplace inspections, assessing risks.

Planning, organizing, and allocating tasks for three individuals, ensuring their workday runs smoothly.

We expect You:

Can work on a business trip basis.

Have experience in similar or equivalent work.

Are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Hold a category B driver’s license.

Have excellent knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations – a significant advantage.

Can work independently, resolving arising issues, and managing stressful situations.

Are fluent in Russian and English (other languages would be a significant advantage).

Salary

From 3200 €/month net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
