You will be in charge of:

Executing the relocation of the current warehouse to a new facility, including planning, meeting deadlines, and coordination with internal and external partners.

Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including team management, training, and facility maintenance.

Setting and maintaining min-max stock levels to ensure availability and inventory control.

Optimizing item layouts for safe and efficient loading, unloading, and site deliveries.

Ensuring compliance with fire safety and workplace regulations.

Coordinating staff schedules, including shifts, vacations, and temporary coverage.

Continuously improving processes using LEAN and 5S principles for efficiency.

We expect You:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with LEAN and 5S methodologies is a plus.

Fluent in English (Russian and French languages would be a huge advantage)

Valid Category B driver’s license (required).

Salary:

3000-3500 €/month net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
