You will be in charge of:

Goods receiving and inventory accounting – receiving incoming goods, checking their condition and documentation, identifying discrepancies, and recording warehouse transactions in the Rivile accounting system while ensuring data accuracy.

Warehousing and stock control – organizing the efficient storage and placement of goods, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring they match accounting records.

Order and shipment processing – picking internal orders, packing goods, and preparing them for shipment and delivery.

Stocktaking – participating in periodic stocktakes, comparing physical stock with accounting records, and identifying discrepancies.

Cooperation with the central accounting team – communicating with colleagues and resolving matters related to goods and warehouse accounting.

Internal customer service – ensuring smooth support for projects by processing internal orders accurately and on time.

We expect You to: 

Have solid experience in warehousing and a good understanding of warehouse accounting and the principles of receiving and issuing goods and materials.

Have basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn accounting software. Experience with Rivile or Viacorex is an advantage.

Be able to communicate in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Be detail-oriented, responsible, accurate, independent, and proactive.

Have good collaboration skills; organizational and team coordination skills are an advantage.

Hold a Category B driving licence; a forklift operator’s licence is an advantage.

Be able to work abroad on business assignments.

Salary:

2500-3000 €/mon. net.
