Your future responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the full cycle of talent attraction and recruitment for administrative positions – from clarifying hiring needs together with managers to candidate selection, document collection, and smooth handover of information to the responsible team.

You will proactively source talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, partners), ensuring a strong and high-quality candidate pipeline.

 You will contribute to the implementation of recruitment systems, process standardization, and improvements — your ideas will help create a more efficient and advanced talent attraction environment.

 You will actively participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities, contributing to the company’s visibility.

 You will analyze recruitment data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to increase speed and quality.

We expect that you:

Have experience in administrative recruitment and talent acquisition, and are interested not only in finding candidates but also in creating an excellent candidate experience.

Are able to manage processes, information, and deadlines effectively — even in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Are communicative, build relationships easily, and can create trust-based connections with candidates, managers, and partners.

 Enjoy change, dynamics, and situations where quick orientation and decision-making are required.

 Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Salary:

From 1400€ / month net
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
