Your responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycle for administrative positions – from defining hiring needs together with managers to selecting candidates, collecting the required documents and ensuring a smooth handover of information to the relevant stakeholders.
Proactively source talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and external partners, ensuring a strong and high-quality candidate pipeline.
Contribute to the implementation of recruitment systems and the standardisation and modernisation of processes. Your ideas will help us build a more efficient and advanced talent acquisition environment.
Actively participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, contributing to the visibility of the organisation.
Analyse recruitment data, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that will help us work faster and more effectively.

Have experience in recruiting for administrative positions and talent acquisition, with a genuine interest not only in finding the right candidate but also in creating an excellent candidate experience.
Be highly skilled at managing processes, information and deadlines, even in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Be an effective communicator who easily builds connections and develops trust-based relationships with candidates, managers and partners.
Enjoy change, dynamic environments and situations that require quick thinking and confident decision-making.
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Salary:
€1,500–€2,000 net per month
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
