About the Role
Do you believe sustainability is more than just a checklist? Are you eager to turn regulations into real change? As a Sustainability Project Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and building a culture that leads to more sustainable operations at Aros Marine.
This is not just about reporting numbers—it’s about understanding the bigger picture, prioritizing action, and making sustainability a natural part of how we work. You’ll be an integral part of our People & Culture team, helping to connect regulations with real-world impact.
What You’ll Do:
Gather requirements for ESG reporting—research industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
Prioritize action plans—help define what steps Aros Marine should take next;
Turn compliance into culture—make sustainability more than a report by integrating it into how we work and what we believe in;
Bring creativity into research—find ways to simplify complex regulations and adapt them to Aros Marine’s vision;
Collaborate across teams—work with different departments to ensure sustainability is embedded in our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience in sustainability needed—just a strong belief that we are part of the change;
A curious, creative thinker who enjoys research and finds motivation in that “eureka” moment;
A hands-on approach—someone who doesn’t just analyze but also takes action;
Ability to translate regulations into real-life applications in a way that makes sense for our business;
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
There is an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship, based on performance, so if you’re ready to learn, contribute, and be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!
