You will be in charge of:
Oversee and evaluate subcontractor performance, fostering strong relationships.
Identify and establish relationships with new subcontractors, suppliers, and partners locally and internationally.
Conduct price analysis, negotiate terms, draft subcontracts, and ensure their effective implementation.
Collaborate with project managers to align subcontracted work with project timelines and specifications.
Monitor the labor market and suggest process improvements.
We expect You:
Similar experience in subcontract management with be considered as advantage.
Fluency in English (verbally and in writing).
Knowledge of contract law and procurement practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

Salary:
1600-1800 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
