You will be in charge of:

Verify that all shipbuilding processes meet industry standards, project specifications, and work quality.

Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality checks on materials, components, and installation works while on board.

Educate the team on board on most efficient and quality installation work methods.

Work closely with production, engineering, and project management teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.

Identify areas for improvement in on-ship quality control processes and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.

We expect You have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of inspection experience in the shipbuilding industry.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Very good English skills (both written and spoken).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Capability to work in a challenging and dynamic on-ship environment.

Salary:

3800-4300 €/mon. net

Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
