You will be in charge of:
Actively developing new business relationships in international markets – identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and converting them into deals.
Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and cold calling to contract signing.
Expanding and growing the new client portfolio, building long-term, value-generating relationships.
Leading negotiations and contributing to the closing of strategically important deals.
Preparing commercial proposals and ensuring their smooth submission through client systems.
Representing the company internationally in meetings, negotiations, and relationship development.
Achieving ambitious sales targets and directly contributing to business growth.
We expect You:
Have solid experience in sales within industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects.
Be able to independently generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales process.
Be a strong negotiator, capable of working with decision-makers at different levels.
Be results-driven, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
Be able to effectively plan your time, manage priorities, and work in a dynamic, international environment.
Be proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your results.
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Be available for business trips.

Salary:
From 1800 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
