About the Role
Are you interested in HR and want to help with finding top talent? Aros Marine is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, while making a real impact by helping us bring exceptional people on board.
As an intern, you’ll have the chance to get hands-on experience in the recruitment process and actively participate in shaping our hiring strategies—gaining valuable insights along the way.
What You’ll Do:
Help with recruitment–writing job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;
Gather and analyze job market data and check out what competitors are doing;
Assist with managing our candidate database and making sure everything runs smoothly;
Collaborate with different teams to improve the recruitment process;
Share ideas on how to make our hiring process even better and attract the best candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong motivation and willingness to learn about recruitment;
Great English communication skills – both written and spoken;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, but not required – we just need someone motivated and ready to learn!
