You will be in charge of:
Supervise, monitor & perform the audits for the assigned portfolio of projects
Support Project Managers in controlling project budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and other KPIs
Maintain and strengthen project management standards, tools, and rhythms
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement programs (Operational Excellence / Lean)
Build a strong community of Project Managers, sharing the best practices and supporting team development.
We expect You have:
Solid successful work experience in project management at a managerial position in the ship building, ship repair, construction, renovation or fit-out industry.
Experience in PMO or project portfolio management, as well as PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA® and lean certificates are considered as an advantage.
Willingness and ability to conduct on-site project visits abroad (Europe and further abroad)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and functions

Salary:
3000 €/month net
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
