You will be in charge of:
Leading and managing ship repair projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
We expect you have:
Have a higher technical education (advantage – specialization in shipbuilding or ship repair).
Have minimum of three years of experience in project management, preferably within the ship repair or maritime industry.
Know ship repair processes, standards, and regulations.
Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Have proficiency in project management software and tools.
Have ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken).
Have a category B driver’s license.

Salary:
3000-5500 €/month net
Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
