You will be in charge of:
Planning, organizing, and supervising ship hull fitting, welding, and repair works on newly built vessels under construction.
Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring execution according to technical drawings, quality requirements, and schedules.
Preparing project plans, managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Ensuring compliance with work standards, while monitoring deadlines, productivity, and overall project progress.
Leading a team of 15+ employees and organizing daily work planning meetings.
Collaborating with clients, shipyard representatives, partners, and internal teams.
Contributing to proposal preparation, cost estimation, and negotiations with clients.
Resolving technical and organizational issues during project execution.
Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring smooth implementation.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, labor discipline, and legal requirements.
Initiating process improvement solutions and contributing to operational efficiency.
We expect You to:
Have a technical or higher education degree (shipbuilding, mechanics, metal structures, or a related field).
Have solid experience managing production, ship repair, construction, or other technical projects.
Have experience leading teams and the ability to effectively organize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Be able to read technical drawings, work with technical documentation, and understand project implementation processes.
Be skilled in planning work, managing deadlines and priorities, and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrate leadership, responsibility, initiative, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Be results-oriented, capable of problem-solving, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage).
Hold a Category B driving license.
PMP certification and experience in the ship repair or shipbuilding sector would be considered an advantage.

Salary
From 4500 € / mon. net
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on work location, experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
