You will be in charge of:
Preparing employment documentation for foreign nationals and coordinating the full hiring process.
Ordering A1 certificates.
Communicating with Lithuanian and foreign public authorities on matters related to the employment of non-EU citizens.
Ensuring compliance with employee secondment requirements.
Preparing employment-related documentation (contracts, agreements with employees, etc.).
Managing recruitment and documentation administration processes.
We expect You:
Have experience working with the employment of non-EU citizens.
Have a higher education degree.
Are familiar with Lithuanian legislation related to the employment of foreign nationals.
Are able to communicate in English and Russian.
Have very good computer skills (MS Office).
Are proactive and adaptable to changing information.
Are able to work effectively under pressure and quickly resolve arising issues.

Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania
Salary:
1500-1700 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
