You will be in charge of:

Overseeing day-to-day occupational health and safety (OHS) activities and conducting workplace and worksite inspections.

Identifying OHS risks and non-compliance, proposing solutions, and following up on agreed corrective actions.

Preparing and updating occupational risk assessments and ensuring their practical implementation.

Participating in investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses, as well as internal inspections and audits.

Coordinating employee OHS induction and training processes and monitoring compliance with safety requirements.

Managing OHS documentation within your area of responsibility.

Working closely with project managers, site managers, employees, and other departments to resolve day-to-day OHS matters.

Working on a rotational assignment basis across the company’s projects in France, Lithuania, and other countries.

Independently handling operational OHS matters within your area of competence and, when required, acting as a deputy for the OHS Manager.

We expect You:

Have a university or higher education qualification (a technical or engineering background is an advantage).

Hold the required OHS specialist qualification and be authorized to perform OHS specialist functions.

Have solid professional experience in OHS and a strong understanding of Lithuanian occupational health and safety legislation.

Be able to prepare occupational risk assessments and understand the principles of incident and accident investigation.

Understand employee induction and training processes, as well as safety requirements for work equipment and high-risk activities.

Be able to independently identify and assess risks, make decisions, and ensure that identified non-compliances are resolved.

Communicate fluently in English.

Be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

Hold a Category B driving licence.

Location: France

Salary:

3000-3900 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
