You will be in charge of:
Comprehensive management and execution of the search and selection process for non-EU candidates.
Collection of primary documents from candidates regarding legalization process.
Building and maintaining relationships with international recruitment agencies, universities, and talent pools.
Implementing best practices to attract and retain qualified professionals.
We expect You have:
Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably in maritime, engineering, or technical industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain global recruitment networks.
Fluency in english and russian (additional languages are an advantage).

Salary:
1400 €/month net + bonus system
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
