You will be in charge of:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing international clients.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand cooperation with current customers.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and successful project development.

Manage commercial processes, including negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract coordination.

Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and relationship development activities with international partners.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project execution.

Support business growth by identifying and developing new customer opportunities when relevant.

Contribute to achieving company sales targets and long-term business growth.

We expect You:

Have experience in sales or key account management within ship interior outfitting projects.

Be confident in building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

Be results-oriented while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Be willing to travel for business trips.

Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania

Salary:

2500-3000 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
