You will be in charge of:
Administering the Salesforce CRM system and working with Power BI, including entering, updating, and maintaining data quality.
Analyzing CRM data and supporting report preparation for the commercial team and management.
Participating in process optimization initiatives and contributing to CRM functionality improvements and internal projects.
Supporting the preparation of commercial offers and other documentation, including uploading documents to client systems.
Managing client inquiries via phone and email, organizing meetings, and participating in client interactions.
Actively contributing to the sales process and client portfolio growth.
Providing support in daily operations and ongoing projects.
We expect You:
Experience in sales or sales administration is an advantage.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or others) – an advantage.
Meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working with data.
Ability to work in a structured manner and maintain high data quality standards.
Clear and effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
Team player who can also manage assigned tasks independently.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Salary:
1500-1800 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
