You will be in charge of:

Providing advice to colleagues on international labor law, taxation, and migration matters.

Monitoring posting and migration requirements within the EU and other countries.

Developing and improving internal processes and documentation related to working abroad.

Collaborating with international partners, consultants, and institutions to ensure legal compliance and employee well-being.

Analyzing business development opportunities in new markets and providing insights on legal and tax environments.

Contributing to international project coordination and process improvement.

We expect You:

Hold a university degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Have excellent knowledge of international labor law, taxation, and migration, and stay up to date with relevant developments.

Be able to analyze legal acts and apply them in practice.

Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Be proactive, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

See travel and relationship-building as a natural part of achieving results.

Experience in posting of workers or international employment matters would be a strong advantage.

Salary:

2000-2500 € / mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
