You will be in charge of:

Preparing employment documentation for foreign nationals and coordinating the entire employment process.

Applying for A1 certificates.

Communicating with Lithuanian and foreign public authorities on matters related to the employment of non-EU nationals.

Ensuring compliance with employee posting requirements.

Preparing employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, agreements with employees, and other relevant documents.

Managing employment and documentation administration processes.

We expect You to:

Have experience in the employment of non-EU nationals.

Hold a university or college degree.

Have a good understanding of Lithuanian legislation related to the employment of foreign nationals.

Be able to communicate in English and Russian.

Have excellent computer skills, including MS Office.

Be proactive and able to adapt flexibly to changing information and circumstances.

Be able to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania

Salary: 1300-1600 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
