About the Role
Are you interested in HR and looking to gain hands-on experience in managing employee documentation? Aros Marine is looking for an intern to join our HR Documentation team. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR processes, employee records management, and the legal aspects of human resources, all while contributing to the smooth running of our HR operations.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in organizing and maintaining employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
Support the preparation and processing of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, amendments, and other personnel records;
Help manage and update the employee database, ensuring data is current and well-organized;
Assist in creating and implementing efficient document management processes;
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and compliant employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in HR documentation;
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
Great English communication skills – both written and spoken;
Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required – a willingness to learn is key!
