You will be in charge of:
Lead and manage the technical division, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations.
Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee technical project execution, including shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance.
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Foster innovation by integrating the latest technologies and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring skill development and a high-performing culture.
We expect you have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Proven track record as a senior technical or engineering role within the maritime industry.
In-depth knowledge of shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair processes.
Strong understanding of maritime safety regulations, classification rules, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and technical software.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Salary:
3000-3500 €/month net
Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
