HEAD OF PURCHASING UNIT

You will be in charge of:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.

Manage and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.

Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for senior management.

We expect you have: 

Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Salary:

1800-2300  €/month net

Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
