You will be in charge of:

  • Lead the production HR department – manage and coordinate teams responsible for workforce coordination, recruitment, as well as accommodation and transport planning, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
  • Plan long-term workforce needs, forecast resource demand, and ensure timely recruitment in line with business growth plans.
  • Ensure the efficiency of recruitment, migration, and integration processes for employees from foreign countries, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring timely recruitment and onboarding of employees in line with business needs.
  • Manage workforce allocation, mobility, and transport planning to ensure smooth operational execution and efficient workforce distribution.
  • Build and maintain close collaboration with production, project management, and support functions, ensuring HR services align with business priorities and needs.

We expect You:

  • Hold a higher education degree.
  • Have proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to motivate and achieve common goals while ensuring high service quality.
  • Have experience in workforce coordination, HR operations, recruitment, or resource planning, preferably in a project-based company, manufacturing, or another dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively across different departments.
  • Make data-driven decisions, analyse situations, and identify business risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Are able to react quickly to changing situations, set priorities, and make independent decisions.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    Experience in recruiting, migration, and integration of third-country nationals in international projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Salary:
Net salary: €2,300–€2,800 per month.
The exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies
