FOREMAN (SHIP HULL FITTING)

You will be in charge of:

Planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of company employees and subcontractors.

Ensuring the necessary conditions for smooth execution of work.

Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks and improving work quality.

Completing timesheets and work progress reports.

Resolving issues as they arise.

Maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors.

Working on overseas assignments.

We expect You to:

Have solid experience in ship hull fitting.

Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).

Be proficient in using MS Office programs.

Have skills and a understanding in the field of engineering and technology (technical education is an advantage).

Hold a category B driving license.

Be detail-oriented, loyal, responsible, and have strong communication skills.

Have knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations (an advantage).

Salary:

From 3600 € / mon. net
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
