You will be in charge of:
Analyzing HVAC and piping system drawings as well as technical documentation.
Preparing cost estimates for ship repair and modernization projects.
Evaluating project scope and preparing estimates even when technical information or diagrams are incomplete.
Preparing commercial proposals for clients.
Planning and controlling project budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Evaluating project changes (“Change Requests”) and analyzing their impact on project estimates.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and production teams.
Integrating AI solutions into estimating processes.
Attending short-term business trips to projects, ship inspections, and client meetings.
Working with AutoCAD, Excel, and other technical tools.
We expect You:
Have a technical or engineering education background.
Have experience in ship HVAC, piping, or technological systems.
Have experience preparing estimates for shipbuilding, ship repair and modernization, or industrial projects.
Understand installation, production, and on-site project execution processes.
Be able to read technical drawings and documentation.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to analytically evaluate project changes and make decisions.
Be a proactive team player with a results-oriented mindset.

Salary:
2500-3000 € / month net
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
