About the Role
Are you passionate about numbers, analysis, and finding smart solutions to complex problems? Aros Marine is looking for an Estimation Intern to join our cost estimation team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project cost analysis and to understand how large-scale marine industry projects are planned and budgeted – from initial concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in preparing preliminary and final project cost estimates.
- Analyze technical documentation to determine materials, labor, and other project requirements.
- Collect and organize data from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth information flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interest in engineering, construction, or project cost estimation.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with numerical data.
- Good command of English – both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (experience with estimation or technical software is a plus).
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a willingness to learn from professionals.
