You will be in charge of:
Reading and analyzing interior, technical, and architectural drawings.
Preparing cost estimates for interior projects.
Preparing proposals for clients.
Creating and monitoring project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Integrating AI solutions into the estimating process.
Attending short-term business trips for ship inspections and client meetings.
Working with AutoCAD and Excel.
We expect You:
Have a technical or engineering education background.
Have experience in shipbuilding or ship repair projects, including estimating and complex project execution.
Understand the stages of shipbuilding or ship repair projects and be familiar with on-site installation processes.
Be able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD).
Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to evaluate project changes (“Change Requests”) and their impact on project estimates.
Be able to work effectively in a team and involve colleagues in the estimating process.

Salary:
2000-2500 € / month net
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
