COMMANDANT (WORK ABROAD)

You will be in charge of:

Supervision of employee discipline, behavior, and workplace regulations.

Organization and prevention of sobriety checks.

Inspection of workplaces, residential premises, and vehicles.

Ensure the smooth allocation of living accommodations and transportation.

Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and fuel management.

Cooperation with production, HR, purchasing, and supply departments.

We expect You:

Fluent English required (Russian is an advantage).

Are available to work on a rotational basis. 

Have experience in a similar or related role.

Are proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Hold a Category B driver’s license.

Have knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations – a strong advantage.

Are able to work independently, resolve issues proactively, and manage stressful situations effectively.

Salary:

From 2700 €/mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
