You will be in charge of:
Organizing the company’s accounting in compliance with Lithuanian legislation.
Preparing and submitting financial reports (both individual and consolidated) to management and relevant authorities.
Coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes and managing the company’s taxes.
Leading a team of 6 employees and cooperating with international accounting service providers.
Enhancing and digitizing accounting processes and working methods.
Contributing to the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Collaborating with other departments by providing financial and accounting insights.
We expect You:
Be a team player who can coordinate tasks, support and develop team members, and identify and promote optimization opportunities.
Have solid experience as a Chief Accountant.
Possess strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
Hold a university degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
Have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian tax laws and accounting standards.
Be experienced in working with accounting software (such as Rivilė, Navision, or similar).
Demonstrate analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.

Salary:
3000-3200 € / mon. net.
Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
