You will be in charge of:
Organizing and carrying out recruitment for production staff.
Actively searching for candidates through various channels (job posting platforms, social networks, contacts, etc.).
Continuously communicating with potential candidates from Lithuania and abroad.
Conducting initial candidate assessments and selections based on position requirements.
Coordinating with managers regarding staffing needs and the recruitment process.
Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitoring labor market trends and providing suggestions for improving candidate searches.
We expect you have:
At least one year of practical recruitment experience (experience in a production company is a big plus).
Strong English and Russian skills, both written and spoken.
Quick adaptability, with attention to detail and precision.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to effectively organize your work and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
A curious and inquisitive personality.

Salary:
1300 €/month net
Specific salary is offered considering the work experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
