Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including monitoring levels of all items in the warehouse.

Goods Acceptance and Inspection: Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring they are in good condition.

Storage Management: Efficiently arrange and store items in the warehouse and other storage locations.

Order Fulfilment: Accurately collect and pack ordered goods, ensuring proper selection and packaging.

Dispatch and Delivery: Prepare parcels and shipments for delivery, focusing on timely and accurate dispatch.

Safety Compliance: Uphold a safe working environment in accordance with workplace safety rules and guidelines.

Internal Customer Service: Provide high-quality and efficient service to internal customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.


We hope that you:

Possess advanced vocational/professional education.

Have at least 1 year of experience as a warehouse storekeeper/logistician.

Are proficient in English, with knowledge of Russian, French, German, or Italian as an added advantage.

Are skilled in using MS Office software and understand basic accounting principles.

Have excellent communication skills and are independent, responsible, organized, diligent, and attentive.

Hold a Category B driver’s license.

Possessing a forklift operator certificate is a plus.

Western European countries (Germany, Italy, France) on a 6/2 week secondment basis.



2,250-3,000 EUR/month (net).

The specific amount depends on the experience and competences of a candidate.
