Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing active searches for and selecting employees, focusing on suitable, motivated, and qualified candidates.
Continuously communicating with potential candidates from Lithuania and abroad.
Professionally conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates.
Monitoring and analyzing the labor market.
Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates.

Have at least 1 year of experience in staff selection (experience in a production company would be a significant advantage).
Can communicate in English (knowledge of Russian would be a significant advantage).
Are quick to orient, meticulous, and attentive to detail.
