STAFF COORDINATOR (HVAC PROJECTS)

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning employee rotations for projects.

Maintaining continuous communication with project managers and production workers.

Providing work-related information to employees and managing administration.

Resolving problematic situations.

Preparing expense reports and submitting them to the accounting department.

Completing and submitting employee documentation to the responsible persons.

Communicating with subcontractors.

Have similar work experience (this would be an advantage).

Possess a higher education diploma.

Can communicate effectively in English and Russian.

Have excellent planning and communication skills.

Are proactive, solution-seeking, and result-oriented.

Salary:

1,200-1,500 EUR/month (net).

The specific amount depends on the experience and competences of the candidate.
