Nature of work:
✅ Responsibility for successful planning and coordination of HVAC or Interior projects;
✅ Planning and managing budget, controlling the deadlines for completion of works;
✅ Organizing, coordinating and evaluating work of the project team and subcontractors;
✅ Planning time and resources needed to run a project;
✅ Ensuring work completion and manufacturing output in accordance to the scope of work and deadlines stipulated in production plans and schedule;
✅ Responsibility for efficient work of project workers in order to ensure cost-effective and efficient indicators;
✅ Cooperation with customers, subcontractors and other project-related organizations.
✅ Regular business trips abroad.
To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:
🛳️ Higher technical education (preferable specialization in ship building or ship repair);
🛳️ At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience;
🛳️ Basic knowledge of economics, budget management and work process organization;
🛳️ Have a good command of economic efficiency evaluation methods;
🛳️ Knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection rules (advantage);
🛳️ Speak a foreign language (English, Russian);
🛳️ Have great communication skills;
🛳️ Have driving licence (category B).

SALARY: around 3800 EUR (NETO)
