Your responsibilities will include:

Successful management of interior shipbuilding projects in various European and Scandinavian countries.

Monitoring project performance indicators.

Planning and managing the project budget.

Ensuring adherence to work performance deadlines.

Organizing, managing, and assessing the work of the project team and subcontractors.

Planning project resources for effective project implementation.

Maintaining close communication with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.


We hope that you:

Possess a higher technical education (specialization in shipbuilding or ship repair is advantageous).

Have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar or analogous position (experience in the ship industry is a plus).

Demonstrate a responsible attitude and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Have a good knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations.

Can communicate fluently in English.

Hold a Category B driver’s license.
