YOU SHOULD BE READY TO:
🚢 Develop and maintain company’s project pipeline and overall schedule of company’s ongoing and new upcoming projects. Raise red flags in case of scheduling conflicts, control project extensions and accelerations
🚢 Develop and maintain an overall plan of the workload of projects’ management resources. Provide early warnings in case of shortage or surplus of project management capacities
🚢 Prepare project progress reports, support project managers with progress report updates. Monitor project progress and provide analyses with a clear illustration of the critical path activities and identifying bottlenecks
🚢 Supervise, control, and coordinate selected projects, provide support to onsite teams
🚢 Work with projects’ KPIs: evaluate, analyse and continuously improve the system of project KPIs
APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
✔️Higher technical education
✔️Minimum 2 years of project planning and scheduling experience with large scale projects. Work experience in project planning in the field of shipbuilding as well as cost control or estimating work experience – would be considered as an advantage
✔️ Experience with MS Office project planning and management tools
✔️ Ability to read technical drawings
✔️Analytical mind set and ability to see the big picture
✔️ Hands-on personality with high level of creative and independent thinking
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (orally and in writing)

SALARY
from 1200 – 2000 EUR (NETO)
