HR PROCESS AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

You will be in charge of:

Preparing employment contracts and other documents

Preparing reports for Sodra

Ensuring the hiring and termination processes

Filling in the work time accounting sheets (timesheets)

Providing employee information to foreign institutions

Preparing documents related to employee assignments abroad

Timely and proper preparation and submission of reports

 

We expect You have:

Similar work experience

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Proficiency in English

Knowledge of labor law, the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and state regulations governing personnel management

Experience working with the BSS personnel, payroll, and work time management system (an advantage)

Salary

1200-1300 €/month neto

Salary will be discussed individually, depending on candidates experience and qualification.
