You will be in charge of:
Ensuring compliance with the rules of work order and discipline and conduct of employees.
Organization, supervision, and prevention of employee sobriety control.
Ensuring a smooth rotation of employees.
Distribution of residences and provision of necessary equipment.
Assistance to employees on secondment in solving issues related to accommodation, travel to and from the workplace.
Maintenance of transport during business trips.
Constant communication with other departments in the company.
We expect You:
Can work on a business trip basis.
Have similar or analogous work experience.
Can use MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Have a category B driver’s license.
Have a good knowledge of the rules of occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection – a big advantage.
Can work independently, solve problems, and manage stressful situations.
Speak Russian, English (other languages would be a great advantage).

Salary:
2000-2500 EUR/ month (net).
Salary can be discussed individually, depending on candidates experience and qualification.
