Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and coordinating the activities of the department, ensuring the implementation of goals set for the department (6-7 employees).

Ensuring smooth management of documentation for seconded European and non-EU citizens and compliance with procedures and regulations applicable in foreign countries.

Overseeing timely administration of staff recruitment, dismissal processes, and related documentation in line with requirements.

Overseeing and improving the implementation and operation of the document management system (BSS) in the Company.

Enhancing and streamlining the activities of the HR administration department.

Supervising the processes of legalization and employment of third-country nationals.


We hope that you:

Have a higher education in business management, human resources, law, or finance.

Have at least 2 years of work experience related to HR documentation management in a project company.

Are structured, organized, and result-oriented.

Are positive, proactive, maintain an optimistic attitude, and are capable of understanding and solving problems in a dynamic environment.

Can communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage).
