Your responsibilities will include:

Work closely with other departments to understand their analytical needs and produce the necessary reports using the PBI tool.

Perform cost control, variance and financial performance analysis on project budgets.

Prepare consolidated monthly reports covering profit/loss, project profitability and other sections.

Cash flow forecasting at project and company level.

Budget planning, execution control, analysis and forecasting.

Preparation of reports using databases (Rivilė, BSS, Excel).

Provide insights, forecasts and proposals to managers and contribute to data-driven decision making.

Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of reports for banks and audit companies.

Further development of the corporate accounting system.

Keeping abreast of new BI technologies and their application.


We hope that you:

Have more than 2 years of experience in FP&A / Business Controls / Financial Reporting, preferably in a construction-project management company (working in project management is an advantage).

Have Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related field.

Have good understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Have the ability to plan and organise own activities.

Have excellent analytical, MS Excel and PBI skills and experience in report writing. Combining data from systems (Rivile, BSS, Excel) would be an advantage.

Speak fluent in both written and verbal communication in English (Russian is an advantage).
