You will be in charge of:

Creating and establishing clear code of conduct.

Managing employee benefit programs.

Handling employee relations, counseling, and performance management issues.

Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify existing ones.

Implementing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.

Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

Managing the implementation of career development programs and succession planning.

Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

We expect You have:

 At least bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, business management, or similar.

At least five years’ of experience in HR training, development and career progression.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management.

Coaching and mentoring experience.

Excellent English written and oral communication skills (Russian is a big advantage).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Acceptance/issuance, loading/unloading, storage and storage control of goods (tools and building materials).

Registering and controlling accompanying documents in the warehouse management program.

Ordering materials and tools and sending them as needed.

Maintaining the warehouse and ensuring control of issued materials.

Managing warehouse accounting documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing and improving the company’s project management practices, processes, methodologies and tools.

Active leadership in raising the company’s project management maturity level.

Shaping and controlling the company’s portfolio of projects.

Monitoring and reporting on project budgets, timelines, risks, quality and other KPIs.

Organising the work of the organisation’s project management committees.

Cooperation with other departments in the organisation on project management issues.

Providing methodological support to project managers, dissemination of good project management practices.

Developing the functionality of the project management information system.

Updating and ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, templates related to the Unit’s activities.

 

We hope that you:

Have excellent project management skills (PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA® certificates an advantage).

Have at least 3 years of experience in project management (experience in portfolio management, PMO or leading project implementation teams is an advantage).

Have a University degree.

Have proficiency in project management IT tools.

Have experience in leading a team or coordinating activities involving the work of several employees.

Have excellent communication skills in English (orally and in writing).

Have an analytical and organisational skills.

Heve organisation, initiative, responsibility and communication skills.

Searching for and booking airplane/ferry/bus/train tickets through existing suppliers/reservation systems.

Short-term and long-term accommodation search abroad.

Establishing contact with new suppliers, maintaining contact records.

Maintaining contact with existing suppliers and coordinating orders.

Reconciliation of ordered services invoices.

Collaboration with other departments on business travel booking issues.

Analyzing legal requirements for activities in Lithuania and foreign countries, representing the company’s interests in Lithuanian and foreign markets.

Drafting and coordinating internal legal acts, contracts, correspondence, claims, etc.

Analyzing inquiries or claims from employees, clients, third parties, and/or state institutions, preparing and coordinating responses.

Participating in project activities.

Administering company documents.

Advising employees on legal matters in various areas.

Have obtained a higher legal education (studying abroad or internships would be an advantage).

Have similar legal work or practical experience (experience in an international company would be a plus).

Possess strong legal English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is an advantage).

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, track, control and maintain selected project schedules.

Prepare project schedule updates and reports, provide early warnings in case of anticipated project schedule off-tracks.

Supervise, control, and coordinate selected projects, provide support to onsite teams.

Work with projects’ KPIs: evaluate, analyze, and continuously improve the system of project KPIs.

Have higher technical education.

Have minimum 2 years of project planning and scheduling experience with large scale projects. Work experience in project planning in the field of shipbuilding as well as cost control or estimating work experience – would be considered as an advantage.

Have experience with MS Office project planning and management tools.

Have analytical mind set and ability to see the big picture.

You are hands-on personality with high level of creative and independent thinking.

Have excellent communication skills in English (orally and in writing).

Creation and coordination of user access and workstations.

Consultation with users on IT matters.

Preparation of IT instructions and documentation.

Maintenance of network equipment.

At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft products, GPO and AD management, Sharepoint site administration.

Good knowledge of English.

Knowledge of ERP systems and processes in manufacturing or supply companies.

You know how to use data analytics and report generation tools.

Experience with MSSQL, VBA, DAX (advantage).

Experience with RIVILE, BSS, Salesforce, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps (advantage).
